Issue doesn't happen with a BT audio device (stays 'connected' after restart) but mouse and keyboard are either showing 'Paired' but unresponsive, or flip-flopping about every 5 seconds between 'Paired' and 'Connected' but unresponsive throughout the cycle.

Problem seems to be confined to legacy BT devices such as keyboard/mouse - they initially say 'connected' after pairing but only are functional until next restart or sleep resume.

Centrino 3.0 driver can be rolled back from Device Manager, then I'm OK - for a while.
